A Track Record of Success

Bill Glazer, Keystone Property Group CEO, founded the company with the vision to reinvent real estate investment. Initially a Real Estate brokerage firm, Keystone grew into an investment firm in 1993, to a development company in 1997, and to a real estate private equity firm in 2003.

Marc Rash, Executive Vice President, joined the company as a principal in 1994. Marc brought with him extensive experience in deal structuring, as well as securing debt and equity capital.

In 2003, Keystone formed its first private equity real estate investment fund, providing investment capital and continuing Keystone's successful track record of reinventing real estate. Keystone continues to deploy capital through a series of real estate private equity funds.

Keystone is headquartered outside of Philadelphia, and has offices in New York, Chicago and Miami.
