| Keystone Property Fund I, L.P., a Delaware limited
partnership (Fund I) is a real estate investment vehicle. Fund I was
established to continue the real estate investment activities of Bill Glazer
and Marc Rash that have been conducted through Keystone Properties Group, Inc.
and other affiliated entities. The $35 million discretionary fund pursued a
focused investment strategy that assembled a portfolio of office products in
various markets. Fund I acquired a 1.45 million square foot portfolio that has
provided investors with attractive risk-adjusted current returns and the
potential for asset appreciation.
