Portfolio Assemblage

By planning to acquire properties in critical mass in various markets, Keystone intends to leverage our strength of asset investment strategies with sound portfolio strategies. While these assets can always be sold on a one off basis, our approach has the potential to create additional value by assembling portfolios within the various markets through management efficiencies, buying power and tenant retention and expansion. These portfolios can be sold as individual properties or sold as whole portfolios to institutional buyers and/or real estate investment trusts (“REIT”). The portfolio sale enables an institutional investor to acquire a meaningful presence in a market without trying to assemble or build one on its own.
