Woodfield Pointe Office Center

This highly visible, eleven story, 317,000 SF office building is situated at a major interchange on Interstate 290 providing outstanding highway exposure. Keystone repositioned the property through capital improvements and created a contemporary corporate office tower by installing new glass floor-to-ceiling curtain wall at both entrances, renovating and expanding the main lobby and upgrading restrooms, common areas and HVAC. Additionally, a parking structure was added at the request of the tenant. In 2010, NAIOP Chicago awarded this building Best Office Redevelopment of the Year and the Best Suburban Lease for Career Education Corporation who signed a long term lease for the entire building. In 2011 this building was also awarded the LEED silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
