The 58,000 SF three story office building is strategically located, in the Langhorne sub-market, less than a mile from I-95 and US Route 1. The building was 96% vacant at acquisition. Keystone transformed this building by installing all new lobby finishes, elevators, restroom finishes, a new roof, expanding the glass line, replacing the HVAC and mechanical system, and enhancing site improvements. The new Class A project attracted all new tenants resulting in a 100% occupancy rate within 30 months of ownership. Once stabilized, the building was sold to a Tenant-In-Common buyer.
