Gulph Crossing

This was an opportunistic land acquisition that already had office zoning approvals in place and was 80% preleased. The location is a mile from the I-76, Route 202 and Route 422 interchange which is one of the busiest interchanges in five county Philadelphia area. Keystone developed an institutional grade Class A asset from the ground up leveraging the preleasing to build a larger building than originally planned. Upon completion, the building was 95% leased to tenants such as Sun Life Assurance Company and various medical offices. The property sold to a South Carolina TIC.
