Barrington Business Center
Barrington Business Center is a 931,000 SF nine-building industrial complex on 84 acres located in Camden County, NJ minutes away from I-295 and Route 42. This was a supply constrained market with high barriers to entry and Keystone saw an opportunity to rezone and sell off 11 acres of the site for residential development. Within three months of ownership, Keystone took the property from 30% occupancy to 94% occupancy with National Distribution Center expanding into half the property. The property was sold within 18 months to an institutional industrial investor. This project won "Best Industrial Deal" in 2006 as voted by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
