Scott Paymer, Mid-Atlantic Regional Director

Scott Paymer joined Keystone Property Group in 2006 as Mid-Atlantic Regional Director with five years of experience in acquisitions and development of commercial and residential real estate. His responsibilities include the leasing, marketing and redevelopment of nearly 1 Million square feet of existing office and industrial properties in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Paymer worked for notable companies such as K. Hovnanian, Heritage Building Group and Gambone Development Company.

Mr. Paymer holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law. His affiliations include the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties, the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia and the Anti-Defamation League.
