Joseph K Hughes, Vice President and Controller
Joseph Hughes joined Keystone in November 2008, with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Hughes present role is Vice President and Controller for Keystone His duties include overseeing the operational and financial infrastructure of the organization and managing the corporate accounting department, cost accounting, lease administration, treasury management and finance and accounting information technology. Mr. Hughes also works closely with the organization's external audit, accounting and tax service providers.
Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Hughes spent four years as the Corporate Controller for Stoltz Management Company where he managed accounting operations for a $1.2 Billion private equity real estate firm with over 65 assets throughout the country. His experience also includes time as Division Controller at Heritage Building Group with responsibilities for a $400 million land division capital budget and Division Controller for Trammel Crow overseeing an $800 Million capital budget and a $45 Million annual operating budget.
Mr. Hughes graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and La Salle University with a MBA in Finance. He plays the drums in his spare time and is a Philadelphia sports buff.
