David Garonzik, Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management
David Garonzik joined Keystone in May 2008, with over ten years of experience in real estate, as Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management. His duties include overseeing portfolio performance, creating and implementing property strategic plans and initiatives to increase cash flow, and optimize use of debt capital for portfolio properties. Mr. Garonizk has managed over $84 Million in leasing and $70 Million in debt transactions during his tenure at Keystone.
Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Garonzik spent three years as the Asset Manager – United States for Swedish retailer IKEA where he was responsible for over 2.5 Million square feet of retailed worth over $2 Billion. He also spent time working as an Associate of Financial Due Diligence at Stoltz Management Company and as a Portfolio Management Analyst for the Rubenstein Company in Philadelphia.
Mr. Garonzik graduated from Boston University in 2000 with a double major in Economics and International Relations. In addition, he received his Masters of Business Administration in 2009 from the Villanova School of Business.
Mr. Garonzik is a member of Jewish Federation Real Estate and is active with the DiLella Center for Real Estate at Villanova School of Business. As an avid mountain biker, he competes throughout the summer in the sport of downhill mountain biking.
