Patrick J. Brala, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Property Group, Mr. Brala oversees all accounting, finance and investor relation activities, as well as debt financing and relationships. He also works closely with the asset management and acquisition teams. Prior to joining Keystone, Mr. Brala was Chief Financial Officer for AMC Delancey Group, an affiliate of Wind River Holdings, where he was responsible for significant debt financing, as well as all accounting, finance and administrative functions for the company. Before this, Mr. Brala was Controller with Keating Development Company, the real estate arm of Keating Building Corporation. Mr. Brala is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and started his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse and Gelman, Doyle, & McDonnell.

Mr. Brala is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He also is a licensed Real Estate Sales Person and a member of the Urban Land Institute. Mr. Brala currently serves on the Board of the Cradle of Liberty Council of the Boy Scouts of America and was formerly a Director of the Villanova University Alumni Association and on the Alumni Affairs Committee of the Villanova University Board of Trustees.

Mr. Brala is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova's Executive MBA Program, where he earned induction into Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma academic honor societies.
